Outreach Support
We offer community-based outreach support designed to build trusting relationships with young people, ensuring that they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey. Through this person centred approach, we empower young people to make informed decisions, develop life skills, and foster resilience, ultimately promoting their overall well-being and success.
Respite Care
Our respite care services offer a temporary break and support re-unification by providing a nurturing environment for healing and personal growth. It promotes improved communication, stronger relationships, and a smoother transition back home, helping families resolve conflicts and achieve successful reunification.
Emergency Crisis Support
Our emergency crisis support services offer swift and comprehensive assistance to young individuals in critical situations, prioritising safety, well-being, and immediate needs. Whether in the family home, hospital, or emergency respite accommodation, our dedicated team provides responsive intervention, compassionate guidance, and practical support, helping young people navigate challenges and build stability and resilience in their unique circumstances.
Transport Support
Our transport support services provide safe and reliable transportation for young people, allowing them to access education, attend appointments, engage in activities, and participate in community programs. With a strong focus on safety, with all our transport officers undergo enhanced DBS checks.
Tenancy & Independent Support
We empower youth by fostering independence and teaching essential life skills such as budgeting, DIY, problem-solving, communication, and self-care. Through personalised guidance and practical resources, we enhance their confidence, resilience, and self-sufficiency, enabling them to navigate independent living and reach their full potential.
Mentoring
Our mentoring program places a strong emphasis on individualised support by carefully matching young people with mentors who possess the relevant expertise and experience aligned with their specific goals and aspirations. For instance, pairing aspiring young entrepreneurs with experienced business owners who offer valuable guidance, fostering impactful mentorship and inspiring entrepreneurial dreams.
